Return Policy

If after receiving and inspecting your purchase you are not totally satisfied, simply contact us within 10 days of receipt to arrange for an exchange or refund of your purchase price. Even exchange only for opened merchandise.  We cannot issue a refund or exchange for opened pepper spray (due to the nature of pepper spray products), unless damaged en route if shipped. No returns on special orders or special discounted items. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you wish to return merchandise you must contact us first, by sending email to info@crimeprotect.com. When contacting us about the return, please indicate whether you would like an exchange or refund when returning the package. The returned merchandise must be new, complete and in it's original packaging. We will not issue a credit or refund for any product which is returned to us that has been used or altered, or if any parts or packaging is missing. Unauthorized returns will be refused or returned to customer at the customer’s expense. Products with defects caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, modifications, negligence, failure to read and adhere to operating instructions, repairs or attempts at repairs, lack of proper routine maintenance and other causes beyond our control of are not covered in this policy. Any and all product warranties are backed by the manufacturer.
