-Due to State restrictions, we cannot ship pepper spray to New York or Massachusetts. -We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes -We only accept orders from the continental USA. -We only accept orders from adults 18 years or older. We are in no way guaranteeing or promising your complete and unconditional safety by following the strategies and / or purchasing of defense tools, and you agree Crime Protect, Inc. or its officers or subsidiaries are not liable for any loss, damage, expenses, or injury to persons or property of any kind resulting from use or the purchase of products from its website or stores. Crime Protect does not warrant that a person can legally purchase, possess or carry any specific items from its website or stores (including but not limited to self defense chemicals or pepper sprays, tasers, stun guns, or other defense tools, etc.) according to federal, state or local laws. A person placing an order warrants that he or she is an adult of legal age and that the products will be used only in a lawful manner, and / or is under no legal disabilities which would prohibit such person from ordering, owning, possessing or transferring these items under all applicable federal, state and local laws. Having no control over the use of any product once in the buyer's possession, Crime Protect assumes no liability associated with their use or misuse. Under no circumstances, is Crime Protect liable for any loss, damage, expenses, or injury to persons or property of any kind arising out of the use, inability to use, or misuse of these products. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to determine the suitability of a specific item for it's intended purpose. Because local laws, safety standards and regulations vary, we cannot guarantee that our products meet all applicable requirements in each locality. The purchaser assumes responsibility for compliance with local laws, safety standards, and regulations in those localities in which the products are shipped, sold and used. Further, Crime Protect, Inc. nor any of its employees assume any legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information, apparatus, product or process disclosed; nor do they represent that its use would not infringe privately owned rights. In the event you refuse the delivery of your order(s) or are not present to receive your order(s) or cancel your order after it has left our facility, you authorize us to charge a handling fee of 20% of the merchandise total and that you accept all responsibility for shipping charges incurred.
